Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase, in the condition it was shipped, for a full refund, minus any shipping and handling fees. I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in shipping or by poor handling. Refunds for ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING MUST be handled through the filing of an insurance claim with the carrier (we will initiate it for you).

All items purchased from Just-Add-Water.us come with our complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the condition it was shipped (undamaged). Returned items must be received by us within 10 days of the original receipt of purchase. All identifying labels must be fully intact. You will not get a refund on pieces returned for crazing and other minor fabrication flaws such as surface scratches, grinding marks, kiln flaws, and stilt pulls.
All items are carefully inspected and tested befor shipping.
